Terms and Conditions Using the aladdin28 Platform for Malaysian Players

1 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User" or "Member") and aladdin28 ("Platform", "we") operating the website and mobile app under the aladdin28 brand. By accessing, registering, or using any part of our Platform, you automatically agree to be bound by all provisions of these Terms.

If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please stop using our platform immediately. Objections raised after continued use will not be accepted as grounds for exemption from the established terms.

2 Member Eligibility

To register and use the services of aladdin28, you must meet the following eligibility requirements:

• Aged 18 years of age and above on the registration date.
• An individual (not a corporate entity) using the account for personal purposes.
• Not appearing on any gaming exclusion list issued by any relevant regulatory body.
• Not using a VPN, proxy, or any other method to conceal your actual location when accessing the platform.
• Holding a valid Malaysian bank account in your own name for deposit and withdrawal purposes.

3 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to own one (1) account only at Aladdin28. Holding multiple accounts — whether using different names, phone numbers, email addresses, or banking details — is a serious violation that will result in the freezing of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of all balances and bonuses.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. This includes your full name as per your ID, an active Malaysian mobile number, and a valid email address. aladdin28 reserves the right to request KYC (Know Your Customer) verification at any time, including a copy of your identity card or passport, to ensure the security of your account.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password. Do not share your login credentials with anyone, including family members. Any activity that occurs under your account is your responsibility, unless you have promptly reported an account compromise to our support team.

4 Deposit & Payments

aladdin28 accepts deposits through a variety of secure and recognised payment methods in Malaysia, including:

• Touch 'n Go eWallet
• GrabPay
• Instant bank transfer (DuitNow)

All deposits are processed instantly and credited to your account within seconds. The minimum deposit is RM 30. You may only deposit funds using a payment method registered in your own name — deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

5 Fund Withdrawal

Withdrawing funds from your account aladdin28 is processed within 15 minutes after the request is submitted, subject to completed KYC verification. The minimum withdrawal is RM 50 and the daily maximum is RM 50,000.

All withdrawals can only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered under the same name as your aladdin28 account. This is a security measure to prevent fraud and ensure your funds reach the right hands.

• Your first withdrawal requires full KYC verification — please provide a photo of your ID and a selfie.
• Withdrawals may be delayed if unusual activity is detected and requires further investigation.

6 Bonus & Promotions

All bonuses and promotions offered by aladdin28 subject to specific terms and conditions stated in each offer. In general, the following principles apply to all bonuses:

• Wagering Requirements (Rollover): Each bonus has wagering requirements that must be met before a withdrawal is permitted. Standard rollover conditions range from 5x to 20x the bonus amount, depending on the promotion type.
• Validity Period: Bonuses have a set validity period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically once the period ends.

8 Prohibited Activities

9 Account Suspension & Closure

aladdin28 reserves the right to suspend or close any user's account at any time for the following reasons:

• Violation of any provision within these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering, or other illegal activity.
• Providing false information during registration or the KYC process.
• Owning multiple accounts.
• Voluntary account closure request by the member.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may contact our support team. Any valid balance (after deducting bonuses that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned within 3 business days.

10 Liability Limit

aladdin28 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses suffered by users, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, even if we have been informed of the possibility of such losses.

Our platform is provided "as is" with best efforts to maintain 99.9% uptime. However, we do not guarantee that the platform will always be free from interruptions, technical errors, or temporary outages beyond our control, including third-party disruptions, cyberattacks, or extraordinary circumstances.

11 Privacy Policy
